Max df with gurney flap for RB, Merc and Ferrari I think..

Can't say anything about BWs yet

No dramatic intent but can someone explain to me how are those RBR and Mercedes wings legal?

Wasn't the idea of the rounded rear wing that you would stop generating vortices and reduce the efficiency of the wing to help the following car? They basically reintroduced the side plate on the rear wing and even started putting little DF generation surfaces on the sides.

huh? Aston Martin's wing from last year was vastly more creative and got banned a race later. How are these still around?

Aston's wing wasn't banned during the season.

This new wing style could yet be banned for next season, like the Aston wing, but it will only happen during the off season.

iirc they only used it in hungary and were quickly told not to do it again and said they built it for hungary only which was pretty sus.

There is footage of that wing being used by Aston in Singapore, Mexico City, COTA, Suzuka, Brazil, and Abu Dhabi, and those are just the GPs where I cared to look. It was only after the season ended that it was formally banned.

Aston Martin is a british team anyway so they are protected

Oh well, remembered incorrectly.

But yeah, i didn’t forget that other loophole :), that’s why they became British instead of staying indian.

It is Qualification Day after only one free practice by 40 degrees!
Teams already came with extra cooling holes and grils.
Of course, they are hindering aerodynamic performance.

"It's a little warm in here." 🥵

Many drivers find it extremely hot in Qatar, but Lewis Hamilton thinks differently...

High speed turns only and strong winds. I can envisage some of the less confident drivers not having a good day

Going to be a big test for the teams simulation tools.

Well it is in response to Alonso saying McLaren are overconfident about taking 4th place etc. Basically Alonso trying to get in their head so Lando had a bit of fun as well
