huh? Aston Martin's wing from last year was vastly more creative and got banned a race later. How are these still around?
Aston's wing wasn't banned during the season.

This new wing style could yet be banned for next season, like the Aston wing, but it will only happen during the off season.
There is footage of that wing being used by Aston in Singapore, Mexico City, COTA, Suzuka, Brazil, and Abu Dhabi, and those are just the GPs where I cared to look.
