I read WB comments as a streak of rebellion from Phillipe baby, but further detail shows Massa has NOT said he will disobey team orders.
When asked what would happen if he was faced with the same situation this weekend, Massa replied: "I will win."
So no team orders ..... this weekend
Massa underlined that he had been supporting the overall interests of Ferrari at Hockenheim - pointing out that he had supported Kimi Raikkonen when required in 2007, and that Raikkonen had returned the favour when Massa was fighting for the title in '08.
So there will be team orders in future races. Trebles all round!

ON TOPIC: I expect McL to have some improvements that give them better race pace. To a previous note, I doubt that any team could develop new solutions between races, but we have to remember that updates are always (OK, often) in the pipeline. Looking for a good race from Alonso.

Pedro, there is nothing representing the vertical axis of this graph. What is this graph showing?
The vertical axis represents championship points.
It doesn't have numbers intentionally - just to show graphically how the gaps among Top5 drivers have been evolving.

This race is going to be a straight fight between Red Bull & Ferrari in my opinion. The RB6 has been brilliant at every circuit so far this season and I don’t expect anything to change. The F10 was menacing at Monaco till Alonso’s mistake in FP3 but this weekend they could be show the same level of performance they showed in Hockenheim. This will be a very tight battle.
Elsewhere if Hamilton can wring the neck of the MP4/25 then he could get in there but I highly doubt McLaren will be challenging seriously for a win in dry conditions. Despite winning the last 3 Hungarian Grand Prixs.
Renault’s R30 should be suited to this track but it’s going to take quite something for Kubica to get it on the podium let alone victory, It’s going to be amazing to watch him thrashing the car around! Finally my beloved Toro Rosso say they’re bringing a new diffuser to Hungary so I’m rather optimistic. I’m curious as to whether they’ve gone down the route of the RB6 or if it’s just a minor change to the diffuser.
I hope that if it’s a significant change or not it can provide the laptime to propel them forward into the points again.
Here’s hoping for a brilliant weekend!

I still don't get it, if it was plotting championship points, the lines would always be going up. Alonso's line goes down after Melbourne and Valencia suggesting he lost points.

I would guess it's trying to show how many points each driver had from one race to the next? Like where Alonso's line drops in Valencia and Silverstone because he only scored 4 points in those races combined.

I shows just how the point-gaps among top5 drivers have been evolving so far - not total point-amounts!

As I see I should have mention that at the first time so sorry for confusion Tim (I thought it would be clear)

Tim
Alonso's line goes down because he lost comparing to the championship leader. Lines do not plot absolute amounts of points, just the relative ones (among Top5).

Welcome to Hungaroring!

First free practice session on Friday (FP1) has started now. The circuit is 'green' and with low grip, but will improve as cars lay rubber on the track. It is clear skies with sunshine on Hungaroring! :P
