Ok, i've submitted my design, finally.

Unfortunately, I haven't had much time to develope the car, and the few simulations i run showed contradictory results. In case those updates (especially a new diffuser and a new front wing) won't work as expected, the overall performance of the car will be even inferior compared to the previous round... In the opposite case, the gain could be considerable... Sounds like a gamble

I had some problems with the solver too. My car will look as completely new, but the flow philosophy is the the same as the 1st race. I could not test a completely new idea for the rear wing. Anyway: I expect to have gained mote than 500N just optimizing the diffiser considering the existence of the.rear wheels (I made an error in the 1st race simulation... they where not computed at all!).

Entry for round 2 is now closed. Thanks to everyone who made a submission. We'll be in touch via email within the next few days to let you know the results of the legality checks. The timeline for the release of images and results after that should be the same as round 1.

Well car submitted and its a big change from the last one. No idea how it will perform hopefully its as slippery as the last but more downforce to bring the corner speed up.

I believe that Chris has gone through compliance checking and is sending emails as I am writing. The portal is ready to accept re-submission for those with a design that haa been found to be non-compliant. The re-submission deadline is Tuesday 19th May.

My car is not legal so I'll have to work on it tomorrow, but Chris did an excellent job, sending some pictures to clarify the illegal areas. Thank you very much!

Only got a couple of minor issues to fix before the next round. Chris does an amazing job with the compliance even helping between rounds withrule clarification.

I've sent most of the emails at the same time, but there were 3 entries I needed to double-check. Emails for these should be sent out within an hour or so. You'll always get at least one email after the compliance check is done, whatever the result was.

Nice one! The rear wheels arches are exactly like the ones i would like to have on my car...maybe i'll get to have them ready for the next race.
Some doubts about the rear wing...why that choice?
