Punishment should be Vettel being removed from the results from Baku. Zero points for that race, and Ferrari should move on to the next race and keep quiet.
Anyhow i would like to see his Baku results removed. This is not an ordinary racing incident where a collision is caused because a driver ran out of talent. This is malicious intent and using the car as a weapon.
