no no no! you really dont get it.
Jerez 97, Villeneuve on the inside, Schumacher turned in to him. Schumacher had masses of room to his left.
Austria 19, Leclerc has no room left as Max was running out wide in to him!!
Not at all, Seb was to blame for his incident with Max so its not always Max's fault.Pyrone89 wrote: ↑17 Jul 2019, 23:56As I figured you are actually thinking that it is Max’s fault whatever happens. Even with the two being almost carbon copies in reverse roles with the added detail of GB both going off.
We are not going to agree on this.So lets agree to strongly disagree. However if you feel it should be discussed further we can do so through the direct message function to not go offtopic.

Answer these questions with a yes/no answer....
Were the cars side by side?
Was Max aware that Charles was there?
Was Charles aware of Max being there?
At the point of contact could Charles move more to his right?
At the point of contact could Max move more to his left?
No.
yeah, thats the bit quoted in my post, surely that shows I have seen it?Pyrone89 wrote: ↑18 Jul 2019, 00:23Did you see my previous post?NathanOlder wrote: ↑18 Jul 2019, 00:09Not at all, Seb was to blame for his incident with Max so its not always Max's fault.Pyrone89 wrote: ↑17 Jul 2019, 23:56As I figured you are actually thinking that it is Max’s fault whatever happens. Sorry my post was aimed at the man/woman I had quoted. We are discussing an incident in the 2019 British Grand Prix, In the 2019 British Grand Prix thread.
Why not continue with pm’s?
Its in an open forum so others can add their input/opinions.Zarathustra wrote: ↑18 Jul 2019, 00:40Why not continue with pm’s?
I think you made your point loud ‘n clear.
My previous post made it clear I see it differently and the arguments why, as have others in the respective GP topics. We ended up going in circles which is why I suggested to break it off or continue through PM not to piss others off (which as you can see has started to happen). I honestly dont think PM’ing will change either of our minds anyway, but at least it does not makes us repeat the last 2 pages again and again.NathanOlder wrote: ↑18 Jul 2019, 00:43Its in an open forum so others can add their input/opinions.Zarathustra wrote: ↑18 Jul 2019, 00:40Why not continue with pm’s?

and not just
"no, can we please move on"
I have made valid points about wjy ot was Max who created the contact on both occasions, Im not saying the Silverstone one was worthy of a penalty, Im just saying it was Max who bumped Charles, not the other way around
It’s not just about ‘adding their input/opinions’- it’s about having open discussions, where people listen to each other.NathanOlder wrote: ↑18 Jul 2019, 00:43

Your input is presenting your opinions as facts.
yes/no?
This is going to be my final post on this, and I have explained why.NathanOlder wrote: ↑18 Jul 2019, 00:53So just to clear this up Pyrone89, you see it differently to this...
Max wanted to use the full width of the track, but Charles was there alongside.
and that goes for both incidents, Austria and Silverstone.
Just end it now by answering that you see it that way, or see it differently.
