Definitely not in the car in all runs. Look, he's in the background in the last photo...

Really can't wait to see him back in F1. But he was another of those 110% all the time drivers and the new tyres can't be driven like that.

There is also video

When i first saw this video i thought GREAT he seems to be really pushing it, no problems there.

but after seeing those photos....i can't be sure he's even in the car, am i being overly suspicious? There seems to be alot of effort going into showing that he is all fine and good getting back up to speed...but its always seems like its just a big show for the cameras.

Just need to make it clear I really hope Robert the absolute best, i miss seeing him on grid.

According to a news link he did have a go but not at "that level".

^ Same thing ran through my mind also. I would love to see Kubica back in F1 though.

Nice to hear he is getting back behind the wheel, but to add my speculation on the video, I just *hope* that wasn't Robert driving because to drive like that with three wheels on the road your first time back behind the wheel borders on irresponsible.

Pretty sure that a professional race driver's idea of "taking it slow" is far different than that of us plebians.

Take a look at 43 seconds in... If that's Robert, taking a look at the end of that Armco, I can only assume that he's recovered mentally.

I would love to see him back in F1 !!!

So I'd been reading a bit about Robert's progress. On top of the carting it seems he's rally tested in a Skoda for the Erreffe team in March and, more recently, had a second rally test in a Renault also for Erreffe, on April 7th? And at this time completed 30 runs during the last test. Hope he doesn't rush himself too much, but I suspect he's having trouble taming the racing spirit in him. Interesting updates at that http://robertscomeback.blogspot.ca.
