Pretty much, as speculation from last year was he wants to get into a posistion where he has a chance of scoring points at Monza this year as Chandhok as spoken about him racing at his hone GP in India.WilliamsF1 wrote:What is the reason Lotus is trying out so many new drivers on Friday's?
Are they looking for a replacement for JT?
Id be surprised if Jarno sees out this season, i think he will want to finish at his home GP in Italy.
Chandhok will get the lions share of FP1 work once the GP2 season starts as Valsecchi and Razia arnt allowed to take part in FP1 whilst taking part in GP2 at the same event.
Id recon that one of them will still come into action at FP1 at eht following events; Canada, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Brazil as i doubt they will allow a FP1 driver at India as to allow both race drivers as much time as posible to get used to the track, simmilarly to STR and what Force India will do.
