In fact the opposite was the case, Ross Brawn went on record as suggesting a revised and clearer wording that no one else in the OWG wanted to follow.
I thought we said the same thing there! You say he went on record. Does that mean that there is a public document ot are you talking secret FOTA/FIA meetings.

Yeah re-reading your post we are saying the same thing! sorry.

Ross Brawn said this to the media at the opening races, when DDD's legality was in dispute.

I am pretty sure Mclaren had there resources focused more on their 2008 car as they had two titles to fight for. Its easy to see that Mclaren was behind in 2009 development as they ran their 2008 wing on the 2009 car in some aero tests.

Well, after looking at the images of the new Petronas-branded car I can say it's an ugly duckling compared to last year's swan

The new car will be called the RB1, now that will be slightly confusing.

agree with you, i thought that it would be called MGP001 or something. on the news that i've red, its called "Mercedes Petronas RB1". Is it the first time that sponsor' name included in chassis' name?

Don't get your panties in a knot ladies & gents, this is all rumour from Bild at this stage.

None of this is confirmed by Mercedes GP as yet, & probably won't be until their official launch.

Imo it should be Mercedes-Petronas BPG002, but I'm a sucker for compassion something F1 lacks.

To be honest the name of the car means nothing, as long as they're not called Rad Bollocks who cares.
