Luca Marmorini leaves Toyota F1
Toyota announced that their Senior General Manager of Engines, Luca Marmorini, has left the team. The Italian had been with the company since 1999 and played a very important role in developing all of the team's F1 engines. Kazuo Takeuchi will now become Senior General Manager Engine and will report to Executive Vice President Yoshiaki Kinoshita, in charge of both engine and chassis.
