Cost reductions offer major benefits - Williams
The Williams F1 team has been under severe financial stress within the past few years, as acquiring new sponsorship deals is getting more difficult as the economy worsens, and present sponsors are having problems of their own. Frank Williams spoke with the 'Financial Times': "Given the financial pressure we are under, the consequent changes to the rules to reduce the cost of racing are a major benefit."
