Mercedes-Benz committed to F1
Mercedes-Benz has reaffirmed its commitment to Formula One. This weekend, reports emerged that the board of Daimler, the parent company of Mercedes-Benz, only agreed to stay in F1 after a 3-2 vote in favour. A spokesperson of Daimler however denied the stories.
The spokesman said to 'autosport': "There was no voting by the Daimler board of management concerning Formula One. Apart from this, it is correct to say that we continue our commitment."
