According to Dennis McLaren and Ferrari relations in better shape than ever
McLaren boss Ron Dennis feels that relations between F1's biggest rivals McLaren and Ferrari are much better now than they were just a few months ago. The situation hit its worst point in history during the 2007 spy scandal, but recently the two teams have taken aside their differences and now look forward to improving the sport together.
Dennis told 'Auto Motor und Sport', "Today I have a totally different view of Ferrari than one year ago."
"At that time our relationship was very difficult, but perhaps difficult times bring people together," he added. "I now have an excellent relationship with Luca di Montezemolo. He is a key figure among the teams to improve the sport."
