Gascoyne looking for way back into F1

As Chief Technology Officer for the Force India team, Mike Gascoyne was dismissed of his duties at the end of 2008, after a major reshuffling within the team. And while currently doing some work with the BBC for their Formula One broadcasting, the Cambridge graduate would like a less hands on role, preferably within a famous Italian team.

"I'm not looking for a fixed role. But I could carry out a consultant's role in the aero field, in the wind tunnel," Gascoyne shared with 'La Gazzetta dello Sport'.

While bluntly hinting at a peculiar team, "Ferrari would enrich my career, I live between Switzerland and Germany with my girlfriend Silvia so to go to Maranello wouldn't be a problem."
