Badoer completes Fiorano run with the F60
Ferrari's newest racer Luca Badoer has completed his two days and 200 kilometres with the F60 at the Fiorano test circuit in Italy today. According to the Scuderia this event was not for testing purposes, but rather promotional reasons having to do with the current car and Luca Badoer himself.
Badoer said on Ferrari's website, "These 200 kilometres were absolutely insignificant from a technical point of view, but they allowed me to get to know the car again."
"I have a good impression and it's obvious that there's a difficult task waiting for me at Valencia: the first race will help me to get back into the rhythm of a Formula 1 weekend. I haven't set myself any goals, just to end the race."
The 38 year old Italian has now gone home to Montebelluna before heading over to Valencia, Spain for the European GP this upcoming weekend.
