Gene teams up with Montoya

BMW WilliamsF1 driver Ralf Schumacher has pulled out of the Italian Grand Prix today with the teams test driver Marc Gene taking the German ‘s place. Ralf has chosen to step down and hand his responsibilities over to the Spaniard, due to continuing effects from his accident here last week.After a heavy shunt during last week's testing, Ralf Schumacher still suffered some light headedness and some headaches during friday practice for the Monza Grand Prix.Marc Gene's last Formula One race was three years ago, however he is very familiar with the FW25 after countless testing miles.
