Doornbos with Red Bull Racing
Robert Doornbos, the Dutchman who partnered up with Christijan Albers last season, will be Red Bull Racing's third driver for the 2006 season. Dietrich Mateschitz told this to the Austrian press yesterday. For now there's no official statement from the team, but it's expected this week.
Robert Doornbos had a contract with the Minardi F1 Team in 2005. He replaced Friesacher and partnered up with compatriot Christijan Albers. Albers already signed for a race seat with Midland F1 Racing.
