Google fined after complaint of Barrichello
Google received a fine of €340,000 from a Court in Sao Paulo after Rubens Barrichello put down a complaint in 2006. Barrichello demanded that Google would take down over 300 fake profiles of himself on their network site Orkut. If the company doesn't immediately remove the fake profiles, the fine can raise up to €470,000.
