Webber ends Hamilton's quick streak in FP3

Mark Webber has posted the quickest lap of the third free practice at the Malaysian GP, breaking Lewis Hamilton's stronghold since the Brit dominated both Friday practices. Behind Webber was Hamilton himself with Sebastian Vettel rounding off the top three.
