Alonso tops first Monaco practice
F1 Grand Prix, GP Monaco, Monte Carlo Circuit
Fernando Alonso went fastest in the first of today's two free practice sessions in preparation for the Monaco GP on Sunday. Sebastian Vettel was second, ahead of Renault driver Robert Kubica and Red Bull teammate Mark Webber.
At the closing stages of the session, Kamui Kobayashi found out how much the kerbs have changed at the swimming pool complex, ending up without a front wing.
