Bad weather prevents running at Barcelona
There was very limited running for all the teams in Barcelona this morning due to very cold conditions combined with intermittent sleet showers. Anthony Davidson, taking over from Jenson Button, did venture out for an installation run in chassis RA106-02 early in the morning session. He went out on intermediate tyres which proved unsuitable for the wet conditions and went off the track at turn 3 as a result.
Rubens Barrichello remained confined to the garage and the team decided at lunchtime that there would be no further running for the day.
