Sutil given suspended sentence over nightclub incident with Lux

Yesterday, Adrian Sutil has been given an 18-month suspended sentence after being found guilty of bodily harm against Lotus team co-owner Eric Lux. In addition, Sutil was fined 200,000 euros, which will be given to charity.
The court sessions, who started on Monday in Muncih, ruled over the champagne glass-incident at a nighclub after last year's Chinese Grand Prix. Sutil caused neck injuries to Lux with a champagne glass following a dispute between the duo.
The conviction could have even bigger consequences for Sutil as he is currently still searching for a 2012 drive after being replaced at Force India by Nico Hülkenberg.
