Day 2 at Barcelona for BMW
On the second day of testing at Barcelona for the BMW Sauber F1 Team, Nick Heidfeld and Jacques Villeneuve were on testing duty. It was the first day at Barcelona for Heidfeld. Yesterday Villeneuve and Robert Kubica were at the wheel.
Nick Heidfeld:

Programme: Nick worked on the set-up for the race simulation which is planned for tomorrow, and in addition practiced starts.
Jacques Villeneuve:

Test kilometres today: 403 km (87 laps)
Fastest lap: 1:16.551 min (lap 35)
Programme: Jacques did the scheduled damper assessment and worked on the car set-up. Furthermore, he evaluated Michelin tyres.
Tomorrow Nick Heidfeld and Jacques Villeneuve will run a race simulation for the team.
