With the sport completing its triple-header in the American continent, McLaren has announced a new United States-focused partnership with T-Mobile, and as the Exclusive 5G Partner in the United States.

The US-focused partnership will connect America’s largest and fastest 5G network with the McLaren Formula 1 Team. The collaboration will pave the way for McLaren Racing to leverage T-Mobile’s 5G to enhance race day operations while it should also deliver connectivity for hosted guests, and unlock new fan experiences at US races.

As part of the agreement between McLaren and T-Mobile, the MCL38 will feature T-Mobile branding on multiple touchpoints for the remaining US races of the 2024 season and beyond, including garage headsets and the race cars of Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri.

Speaking of the partnership, McLaren's Co-Chief Commercial Officer Matt Dennington said: “We are delighted to welcome T-Mobile to the McLaren Racing family.

"As our US fan base continues to grow, it is great to be able to work with more partners that will help us increase our presence and ability to activate with our fans in these regions.”
