Penalty and new V8 specification for Rosberg
Nico Rosberg will receive a ten place grid penalty at Magny-Cours this weekend as his FW28 will undergo an unscheduled engine change. The Williams F1 rookie will get the latest Cosworth V8 specification 'series 6' in France.
