Limited running for Renault at Silverstone
Rain at Silverstone prevented any meaningful running for the Renault F1 Team. The Renault F1 Team's Silverstone testing programme made little progress today owing to poor weather conditions at the British circuit.
Heavy rain at various points during the day restricted the team to a small number of installation laps with Nelsinho Piquet at the wheel. The Brazilian did not record a lap-time.
Testing will continue tomorrow, with the forecasts holding the promise of better conditions.
