Real Madrid, the Spanish footballclub, will sponsor a F1 car at the Spanish Grand Prix next season. Real's President, Ramon Calderon, said: "It's a fantastic project. The design work has been done with cars painted white and carrying the club's logo. The contract is with a Formula 1 team with a good chance of winning races and will the deal be for one or two race, but at the Spanish Grand Prix for sure. It will be especially good fun to see a car racing in Barcelona with a big Real Madrid logo on it."

Of course everybody thinks it will be the McLaren of Fernando Alonso that will be driving around with the Real Madrid logo next season during the Spanish Grand Prix. Alonso is not only a Spaniard, but also a big fan of Real Madrid.
