Spyker and Williams won't test at Bahrain

There are only two teams that will skip the test at the Sakhir Circuit in Bahrain. Spyker and Williams have not signed up for the tests scheduled from 22-24 February and from 27 February - 1 March like the other nine F1 teams did.
