Spyker to take Super Aguri to court

By on

Colin Kolles, the Spyker Team boss, has said to reporters that the team will go to court for arbitration over whether the Super Aguri car, SA07, is legal or not. According to the stewards in Australia it's not something they can rule on as it's a dispute over an interpretation of the Concorde Agreement. The case will now be heard by the courts in Switzerland. Williams, who also expressed their concerns about the Super Aguri and Toro Rosso car, seems to be keeping a low profile to see what will happen.
