I got held up by Webber - Hamilton
According to Championship leader Lewis Hamilton, Mark Webber cost him the chance of securing his first pole position. The Briton said that he lost a crucial amount of time in his battle with team mate Alonso getting stuck behind Webber's Red Bull near the start of his fast lap.
Hamilton said: "I was three tenths of a second up and I got held up by Webber. I don't know if he saw me, but he didn't let me past until turn eight so I lost half a second. I still managed to pull it back but the tyres were past their best."
