Fisichella to open Motor Sport Academy

ING Renault F1 Team driver, Giancarlo Fisichella, will open his own Motor Sport Academy at the Circuit of Vallelunga. The Roman revealed his plans for the motor sport school that will teach students in a variety of racing disciplines.

The school will educate race engineers, aerodynamicists, technical directors and team managers, but will also organise courses for potential driver managers, caterers, public relations staff and personal trainers.

FMS Academy is just one part of the new Fisichella Motor Sport Technopole, an innovative structure which will use solar panels and advanced technology to make the building completely bio-compatible. FM Sport Technopole also includes FMShape, a new personal training centre open to the academy’s students, drivers and the general public, FMStory, a permanent museum with race cars and images of Giancarlo Fisichella’s career, FMShopping, a shopping aracade with sports shops and a bio-restaurant and FMSport, the headquarters of Fisichella Motor Sport’s current and future motor racing teams.

The Fisichella Motor Sport Academy will be the first academy in the world totally dedicated to motor sport.
