FIA sends spy sage to Court of Appeal

FIA President, Max Mosley, decided to send the spy-saga case to the Court of Appeal. Mosley's decision comes after a letter from Italy's automobile federation president, Luigi Macaluso. In a letter replying to Macaluso, Mosley said that the case will now be taken to the Court of Appeal where Ferrari will be able to give their version of the spying affair.
