Spanish lawyer not to participate to espionage hearing
Xavier Conesa, a Spanish lawyer, has been pulled from the panel of the FIA's International Court of Appeal ahead of the espionage hearing on September 13. According to the Spanish newspaper 'Dario As', Conesa couldn't be in the panel due to his Spanish nationality, the same as McLaren driver Fernando Alonso.
A five man panel will be made for the espionage hearing, existing out of lawyers from Belgium, the US, Portugal and Mexico. The replacer of Conesa will be made public soon.
