Having met yesterday, 12 October, in Paris, the FIA International Court of Appeal rejected Scuderia Toro Rosso's appeal against the 25 second penalty imposed on Vitantonio Liuzzi after the Japanese Grand Prix, which cost him the one point for eighth place.

After the verdict was announced today, Scuderia Toro Rosso Team Principal Franz Tost said: "Obviously we are disappointed, but we accept the decision of the court. Now, all our attention is fixed on next weekend's final round of the season in Brazil, where we hope to build on the good form the team has shown in recent races and try and win some more points on the track."
