Mosley begins legal proceedings against newspaper
Max Mosley has begun legal proceedings against the British newspaper 'News of the World' over the allegations made in last week's newspaper. Mosley's position as FIA President is under fire since the newspaper revealed details of his personal life.
Earlier this week, F1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone declared that it will be very difficult for Mosley to win a court case.
