Coulthard and Webber share driving duties
One car and two drivers today, as DC ran for the first three hours up to the lunch break, after which Mark Webber took over cockpit duties, on a more productive day than Tuesday, as there was virtually no rain and the wind had died down.
David concentrated on race preparation for the German Grand Prix, evaluating the two types of dry weather tyre that will be available in a couple of weekends time. Mark Webber focused more on long term work on mechanical development items, as well as completing a couple of aero tests. He also did a tyre comparison on long runs. "It was a productive day which produced some unexpected and interesting results," commented our Aussie driver.
Mark continues driving all day tomorrow, the final day of this three day test.
