De Angelis was a competitive and highly popular presence in Formula One during the 1980s, and is sometimes referred to as Formula One's "last gentleman player".
Rubens Barrichello was born on May 23, 1972 in S??o Paulo, Brazil. He made his F1 debut in 1993 with the Jordan Formula One Team, but enjoyed his most successful period at Ferrari as team mate of Michael Schumacher. Barrichello retired from Formula One after 2011, continuing to compete in IndyCar, the Indy500 and Brazilian stock car racing.
