Nobody "has the right" to the corner as long as cars are significantly alongside each other. Every driver is obliged to leave enough space for the other car. The FIA has set the stand for this kind of squeezing being legal starting in Imola (Max leaving no space to Lewis). Every other incident with Max and Lewis has been the same, with Max leaving zero space even tgough Lewis is always alongside. Now FIA has to continue with that charade.

If this incident were the other way round, 100% Hamilton (or any other driver for that matter) goes over the curbs to avoid a collision.

I do agree actually. Given the tiny wings on all the cars, it was very difficult to overtake unless you had a huge pace advantage! Let's hope it's something else the new cars can help improve.
