Phenomenal drive by Max a really great, great drive. On such old tires he really pulled it out of the bag.

9 laps older tyres and Ves still puts a purple s1 on the last lap. Not much to do against that kind of car advantage. Great drive by both of them. Such a great drive that they could not even use Perez to disturb Lewis the slightest.

Max benefitted from the DRS from Mick.

Great race. Great start from Hamilton, great strategy from Red Bull, great driving from both Max and Lewis. Those two are the class of the field. =D>

Yup, great drive, well deserved. All this hype about The Device™, it was all just nonsense. Red Bull are strong as ever and will take this WDC, no problem.

Oh man, that luck of getting DRS at the end.

Good race though. Ridiculous how much faster Max and Lewis were compared to the rest.

Redbull just too fast. Even on older tyres he was equally or faster than LH.
Mercedes had no chance. But great effort by LH.

The points gap is swinging the right way for Max.
Reliability is the only thing that can turn things around.

Not that it makes any difference after the race but the rule of getting DRS when you already passed a lapping car needs to be revisited. It just looks silly in my opinion.

Not sure we were watching the same race, but Lewis was way faster at the end. It was only the dirty air that slowed his progress.

"no chance" yes was it not for Max getting DRS it would have been incredibly close.

Max has one hand fully on the title now. His to lose from here.

I think the two title protagonists raced extremely well today and I think the best race of Max’s career. This was one where he really made the difference.

Totally agree.

There should also be stricter rules for backmarkers getting out of the way. Both Lewis and Max get punished today because of them, but even more so Max who had them three cars at some stage.
