What antics? That’s called tactics. Just like Mercedes using Bottas to steal the point from Max and not even getting it himself.

Very much tactical. Schumacher, Vettel, Hamilton, Senna, Prost etc. would all do the same. Just that people aren't as partisan when it is done to/by 'their' driver. But not everyone here is honest with themselves either

Gasly silently drove an amazing race.

Gasly has been a stand out this year. Just quietly going about his work. The new Honda mule has really help the AT too and Gasly has made the most of it.

And yet he's locked out of the main team, probably forever. What can he do? AT is never going to be a championship contender, it's not designed to be. His only option is to look for a drive in another front running team.

Who locked the front row in qualifying?

The pundits were saying that 3rd position is possibly the better starting position, as it's the clean side of the grid and you get the slip stream in to T1. They even suggested "perhaps yesterday wasn't such a bad thing for RB".

Gasly silently drove an amazing race.

Anyhow even if Max was P-2 or P-3 after turn 1, he would have won this race easily.
The pace he had in the car was monstrous. And i think if he was behind lewis he could have done Perez strategy and still overtake Lewis and Redbull could always use perez pace against mercedes.
Just a difucult race for them. No way they could have won as predicted.
Where are the "redbull is the slowest car" people now?
Anyhow good job by Max and Checo. I think Redbull truly deserve the constructors.
But its not over the WDC. Lewis has been driving well and there are signs cracking under pressure can take place.
Hamiltion must win all remaining races now. Or Max must get a DNF.

Verstappen should not have won this race. Really he should have been stuck in 3rd not able to pass in the slip stream. What a performance.

Mercedes was on front row only because Redbull and their drivers messed up.

Simply the fastest car, helped by a brain fade from Bottas at the start, meant he had no worries here. He cruised to the win.

It wasn't the fastest yesterday. If bottas can get pole, then the car is quite competitive.

It was all fair game, why should verstappen just let bottas have it easy ? Whole thing is pointless anyway to even mention.

On his second fastest lap attempt Bottas slowed massively on the second to last lap to let a williams lap him, only to then get DRS for that bit extra speed on his fastest lap and overtake him immediately. Are you gonna blame bottas for same behaviour for disrupting other peoples races? I think it's just clever thinking on behalf of both drivers.

Bottas didn’t disrupt others when they attempt a fastest lap in the race if I can recall ever.

Just get on with your race and stop unnecessarily lowering your pace to hamper others’ race.

Red Bull could've done better with Checo, probably should've undercut aggressively.
And of course Ferrari did Mercedes a massive favor removing Leclerc and forcing AT to pit Gasly.

I’m confident Max can’t win on performance alone.

Just like in Monza we will see Max take out Hamilton because no points for both is a win for him. On the first lap the chances of getting penalised for it are slim too.

This is my prediction anyway.

Lewis still hasn't met his fair share of DNFs yet. May be that's on the cards with RB pushing him to burn his PU more than he would have liked.

Great result for RedBull Honda! Only 1pt behind Mb in the constructors championship! Starting 3rd was indeed a blessing in disguise! Thank you Yuki! Imagine if Max started first and had what happened to Bottas happen to him! Phew! Happy Sunday!
