Helmut already said last week, that they wouldn't gain much time.

Even if they gained only 1 or 2 tenths plus the confidence it'd give the driver, wouldn't that be worth it. On this evidence they are already fighting a losing battle.

So according to Horner, Lewis lap wrekd’ the RBS despite no straight line speed advantage? Just driving corners better? No rocket? That don’t make sense

What’s the betting he’s got some news from the stewards that the Mercedes wing is entirely legal.

Horner must be pretty demoralised after that then, because He obviously thought that wing was the secret to lewis’ pace. I’ve said it before, down force makes cars fly around corners, it’s not all driver. But the hyperbole from low res thinking fans continues on all sides.

Maybe all this wing bullshoot has distracted RB too much and hurt them
