I think they wanted to dish out 3 1 1, but Mercedes protested and they went for 5 3 3.

Reason I am saying that is that chris medland published the 3 places then retracted. And it took quite long. I think a tug of war has been on behind the scenes.

He came over as I saw my team, I turned round and he was there, just to wish me congratulations. Then he said congratulations to the rest of the team.
I had a huge amount of respect for him already, but it took a big man to come and do that so I was very thankful to him.

Fair enough, that point don’t stand. I still stand with what I said about now things have changed in the last couple of years

Everybody hates someone who are achieving more than him in the same field. It s the selfishness nature of the human being. You can keep that inside as long as you can sometimes it will come out..

Vettel Hamilton Alonso they are all good friends and enemies as racers. Alonso will never contribute for Lewis 8th title, neither do Vettel. Only time makes people used to see the same driver wins, but every competitor will have fun seeing the other one loosing.

Hamilton with Gasly next to him and Alonso behind him - I bet he's not overly happy about that as neither have much to loose chucking one up the inside or trying to hang around the outside in T1. He could be P3 out of T1 and a DNF isn't out of the question with P2 - P4 all looking for some glory.

He’s the master manipulator with his hocus pocus, but he gets away with it in the forum of the paddock where they don’t argue you much. He would look like a mug under more robust scrutiny. Can’t knock his game though, he’s a beast.

Bottas has been penalized, only Sainz got away (no clue why though).

Edit: Yeah, the telemetry showed that Sainz reduced his speed significantly.
