This forum contains threads to discuss teams themselves. Anything not technical about the cars, including restructuring, performances etc belongs here.
I do believe in the renewed Williams.
It's going to take some restructuring still, attracting strong drivers and (greatly) improving what they have.
They have already greatly improved this season, the fact that Williams are now able to score points consecutively is something nothing short of amazing.
No matter Russell's talent, the car needs to actually be capable - and it is.
Mclaren have just managed to get a win again - not on luck, but on real merit and power. I would argue they're not yet where RBR and Mercedes are - regarding the total package - but Ricciardo genuinly was able to fight Max for the win, no matter the contact with Hamilton later on. And they're right there in qualification too, even though that's where the 'biggest' lack still is to be found. I wouldn't even be surprised if they manage to wheel in another win this season.
This is important because Mclaren spiraled down fast and hard only a few years ago. I'm sure this also motivates Williams.
