I wonder how many truckloads of money the arabs paid for F1 to have a race in this aberration of a circuit.

Very nervous about the first corner. Really hope everyone keeps their head and they all get through safely. I expect a fair few to have to take to the runoff areas.
I feel the same way but ironically everytime I have felt that way this season so far... Nothing happened
Great job from all of them.

However many FOM felt like asking for probably! They could probably line the circuit with diamonds and not notice the expense!

It's just a shame. One of the best title fights in decades and the three last races happen in barely watchable circuits, all because of oil money.
And then they wonder why nobody watches F1 anymore.

What’s JV in terms of radio channels? I see it quite often on the pit wall - I think for multiple teams?

It really is. When you think of some of the classic tracks the sport doesn’t visit any more to make room for them. Abu Dhabi paid an obscene amount to take the last race of the season off Brazil’s hands, if I recall correctly.

Title flying away from Verstappen, not a big surprise since Brazil though

Track looks pretty tame and lifeless (for now), marbling offline quite a bit so I’m guessing undercut is going to be strong
