He just sat in the middle of the track and braked with Hamilton behind him. That's not "handing the place back", that's "causing a crash".

No way, plenty of time and space. Lewus even changed direction while max was slowing down. Had he not done so all was ok

Maybe the drs positioning situations could be avoided by having a line ahead of the drs line that notes who's behind and so the driver eligible to potentially receive drs if behind at the main drs line.
