Yeah, it's an upper class Chinese Bistro (IMO)... it's P.F. Chang's, not Chengs (sorry). I went to the one in San Diego (in La Jolla, near UTC). oh, and west, i was in irvine tonight eating dinner at a nice chinese restaurant in the irvine spectrum (i think thats what its called) i believe the name of the place was P.F. Chengs, i wonder if youve heard of it?
