This photo was posted on Twitter for a short time, then it got deleted from Reddit & Twitter. On one hand the FWEP look like 22' spec, on the other hand rear wing looks more like a 21', I do not see that rounded corner mandated by 22' regulations:

FWEP and rear wing main plane look different
The 2021 Alpine fat airbox was just a temporary, unscheduled, last minute change, just like the 2021 rule changes. It was a compromised design, not an optimised one.
If their engine is not an improvement and they would rather be running the old one then to be quite Frank, and with no disrespect meant… they’d be better just to pack-up, go home, & sell the team!
Perhaps they'll go full teapot on us and package everything into the engine cover and do away with sidepods altogether! Just have a couple of impact absorption beams sticking out of the chassis
