As with everything in F1, a compromise is needed, I’m thinking running the floor lower to the ground for better aero will give more laptime than laptime found riding the kerbs?
Or can anyone suggest otherwise?

It’s Autosports subscription content so I can’t quote the exact paragraph.
Regarding Mclaren within the article it says that Mclaren arguably has the porpoising under control the best so can run the car lower to the growing for aero but Lando says that he can’t attack the kerbs like the other drivers can.
