I think if you don't care at all about any other sports or TV packages then this is probably your best bet. (But you will have to run the slight risk of getting caught out and losing it. To be honest its not about the cost. the problem is as much as I love F1, sometimes there is something better I'd rather be doing on a Sunday afternoon and with NOW TV you either watch there and then, or not at all
Is that the same as F1TV? or can you watch the latest races anytime with an on-demand catch-up service

That's exactly what I mean about Sky creating a monopoly through the back door. You can watch sky sports channels via other means, but only live.
If you want to be able to watch at leisure when it suits you, you have no choice other than to have a full sky tv service instillation
