I love it! It's the best part of the track. The rest of the track is incredibly generic. The twisty bit around the on-ramp is the only part of the track with any character.
Why? I would say it's lovely! Really challenging for drivers
Grosjean (you know the one who’s had it the worst re:fire in F1 in the last few) said his ring posed a minor inconvenience at best during his episode. Much ado about something v minor & I agree seems targeted. The only thing I saw was them wearing a watch, a watch which could not be spotted when they just got out of the car.chrisc90 wrote: ↑06 May 2022, 20:39I think its jewellery in general.wesley123 wrote: ↑06 May 2022, 20:35
I do think it's a personal attack, as Lewis is the only driver having jewelry on his head. No one is debating chains, watches or rings, because no one in their right mind would wear those in any form of physical labor.
The thing that is intriguing about it is that the facial jewelry is covered by quite a strong helmet. If the safety then bothers you so much, I think you should look at the helmets then, because in any way that this jewelry could do any physical harm is in the case of the helmet failing.
So it's a non-issue in that case, which makes the sole issue Hamilton's jewelry.
He was on for a competitive lap but got impeded by Tsunoda. That's what the live text saidJordanMugen wrote: ↑06 May 2022, 21:32Russell is a handy driver!
The big surprise is if Mercedes are in contention, very impressive to see the upgrades unlock such pace.
Gasly set a laptime towards the top when nobody was looking too.
