This could be a good avenue for the LibertyTM era. Parking lots around the world, just open, no track lines; have the drivers go out and 'express' themselves emotively while driving and wearing lots of jewelry, maybe shiny sequined jumpsuits. Schmaltzy top 40 pablum played over loudspeakers for each number. Dancing with the Cars.
Leclerc set his time on 11 laps old soft tyres apparentlySpacepace wrote: ↑07 May 2022, 20:11Verstappen was due for P1 if not for that mistake. Mercedes are now confused. My guess would be that the track has rubbered in. Shocked by Vettel's time.
Ferrari tried warm up lap before setting a lap where as Red Bull just went straight out. I can't see Ferrari getting pole. They may be able to go longer in the race though.
Anyone a clue as to what teams will be aiming for undercut/overcut?
Ahhh! Only had a live feed so had no idea of tyre usage. What's your source for Ferrari setting warm up laps? In the last 10 minutes they set 2 fast laps each, which is about the most you can set.Spacepace wrote: ↑07 May 2022, 20:11Verstappen was due for P1 if not for that mistake. Mercedes are now confused. That may of been but earlier in the session Leclerc was setting 1:58s then setting fastests lapdialtone wrote: ↑07 May 2022, 20:17What's your source for Ferrari setting warm up laps?
